In today's session
On top of wrestling drills and demonstration of moves I will discuss a few things prior. In this session I will talk about how perception becomes reality and your actions reflect on yourself, your family, team and coach. I have selected this discussion point as many will be wrestling in competition in the next few days and of course a video went viral of one wrestler punching another after a match.
