Questioning ourselves: Why am I not improving? What am I doing Wrong?
Wrestling is a sport and sometimes you feel you should have done better or dominated your opponent. The hard work that you put in now will show more in the tough matches. When two good wrestlers wrestle and there is much more movement and counters. This is when that hard work of drilling and conditioning pays off and is noticed.
Ohhh by the way… coaches question themselves more than the wrestlers do
Losing - I did not prepare myself for the match. These are things the wrestler can change right away starting now.
Did I put the practice in?
Did I ask the question when I didn't understand the move?
Did I rest properly?
Did I eat healthy?
Did I warm up properly before my match?
Was I mentally ready?

Being Beat - my competitor was better, stronger, faster. These will help define your areas to start working on
How do I improve my footwork?
What's the proper strengthening methods?
How do wrestle my match and not their?
How do I stop or counter?
